HABITS
Do you have a habit you do every day? Do you have a new one you'd like to add?
Imagine adding a new habit you want to do right next to your existing one. When I do... (existing habit), I will follow it with... (new habit).
When I brush my teeth, I will make the bed.
When I start the coffee maker, I'll drink a glass of water.
When I work for two hours, I'll pause and walk for five minutes.
Before you know it, your new habit will be firmly in place. Well done!
