Self-Care Writing for Busy Humans

Monday, August 19, 2024

Put on your Sunday comfy clothes and join us for this two-hour session. We'll use 'found words' hand-cut from vintage book pages and studio art paper to create original microstories or poetry. (You choose)

Then we'll make our own chapbooks while learning about their history. No skills or experience necessary.

All materials and 1:1 instruction are provided.

There will be lots of great coffee, tea, popsicle, and snack choices available.

Drop the kiddos at school, grab your favorite daytime beverage, and join us for this three-hour workshop with friends.

We will explore creative ways to write about (and in spite of) the chaos of life. No writing or journaling experience is necessary.

Learn about the history of journaling and how it supports self-care, positive mental health, and personal/professional growth.

We'll write and make a personalized creative journal to take home, along with pro tips to help you keep writing and capture all those crazy life moments.
