Meet our Founder

Robin Le Roy-Kyle first discovered her love of words as a 'wee one' reading Dr. Seuss with mom and grandmom at bedtime. Before long, she was teaching her animals and dolls how to read and write.

(They created some fascinating stuff!)

Today, she's an accomplished learning leader & practitioner, serving as a resource for high school & college students and fellow educators & administrators for 27 years.

She retired early from public education in 2021 to pursue full-time business ownership and continue teaching how to develop ideas, using her experience in writing, developing ideas, presenting, facilitating, designing effective processes, and managing projects.

(She also uses her notebooks of all sizes & shapes, brimming with 25+ years of What if...? ideas for inspiration.)

As a creator, facilitator, and coach, she develops online courses, digital and print resources, workshops & retreats, and business assets designed to help individuals and businesses grow and thrive.

Sustainable strategies and 'growable' skills lead to unexpected ideas and awesome action.

Wee one to word whisperer

Robin is a published writer with an eye for the details, a word (or ten!) for people and policies promoting idiocy, and a big heart for the underdog. Her writing riffs, rants, and reflections showcase all three.

Writing what matters

Her life of service began in the U.S. Navy because her growing-up years didn't prepare her for a traditional college journey. Instead, she signed her name, headed off to boot camp, and began navigating life one disciplined, military day at a time.

What she learned served her well.

Now in her third career and no longer driven by a 9 - 5 schedule that includes time-sucking meetings and other people's agendas, Robin wakes each day to do the work she loves, developing projects with clients, creating digital and print resources, teaching, writing, coaching, volunteering, and advocating for topics that speak to her and her clients.

She believes BALANCE MATTERS.

She chooses the people and projects she and her team work on, using experience to teach, guide, and empower adults & teens. Together we capture, connect, and communicate ideas while developing confidence from clarity and taking action that matters.
