A free 20-minute Discovery Call helps determine if your project is a good fit (skills, schedules).
If we agree your project is a good fit, we'll send a contract with a Scope of Work (SOW). Upon your review and approval, email a signed digital copy of the contract. We'll send a 50% deposit link to get your project on our calendar. If "No," we'll let you know.
We schedule a meeting with you to discuss your project ideas in more detail. Our guided questioning eliminates the "I don't know what to say" frustration.
We begin writing the first draft— checking in with you as needed. We ask questions to guide the work, but only when we need to, so you can run your business and your busy life.
We format to your specifications using digital tools and best practices for your project type. Revising is essential in the writing process, and most projects require a few rounds of revisions.
We request your final project review and approval to ensure we've captured your voice and communicated your message.
Your project is complete. We send a confirmation email and invoice with a link for final payment. When your payment is confirmed, we send your project within one business day.
